The first few minutes of the day can help set the tone for the entire day. Your mind is still hazy, lazy and susceptible to suggestion. Use these precious moments to your advantage.
Think about all the great things you are going to explore, achieve, enjoy and appreciate today and then work to make them happen. Create Enthusiasm Early.
It's much more fun to have fun, so try to Have A Good Time All Of The Time! Begin with the first few moments of the day.
Use wake up moments to energize, invigorate and excite your enthusiasm, drive, desire and determination to create a great day.
See yourself at your very best, feel those great feelings, connect with them and project them in a powerful, positive aura. Radiate energized, enthusiastic well-being.
Those positive, powerful feelings will become genuinely yours and will propel you through the day. Make this your daily Morning Motivation.
Beginning a day with dread or an "Oh, darn, another miserable day. How I hate (fill in the blank)" allows bad attitudes to sabotage your performance, your enjoyment and your enthusiasm. Don't let that happen.
Resolve to create a great day and use your time wisely to achieve, explore and enjoy lots of wonderful new things. Go to sleep happy knowing you have gained new insights, wisdom and have accomplished things that are important to you.
Begin Each Day With Eager Anticipation and Create A Great Day Every Day.

Hi Michele,
I really believe this too! Starting off in the right way every day is a powerful tool for self-realization.
My wife Marlene begins each day with a gratitude list. I do it differently, I make a blanket statement that "Today will be fun." I always do my best when I'm enjoying myself and feel that it's possible to live in that amazing realm where everything is easy.
