Creating Happiness is a special application of Happiness Habit principles, skills and strategies. Creating Happiness was created from research studies and interviews of characteristically cheerful people from all different walks of life and life situations.
We found these characteristically cheerful people had very distinctive ways of looking at the world that fueled their happiness and protected them from stress and distress. We call these special qualities Happiness Habits.
